Shipping

Every piece is an original and ships from Athens, carefully packed, tracked and insured. Orders are dispatched within the time shown on each artwork page, and you’ll get the tracking number by email.

Shipping costs are fixed per region (see the rates above) and shown before you pay.

Customs outside the EU: import duties, taxes or carrier fees charged by your country are paid by the buyer on delivery. Original artworks are often duty-free, but carriers may still charge a processing fee.

Returns

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period, then send the piece back in its original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We refund the full price, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the piece back in the condition it was sent.

Damage in transit

If the artwork arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the piece and the packaging. Shipments are insured, and we’ll either refund you in full or find another solution with you.
