Seller

Artworks on this site are sold by the artist. Business details (legal name, ΑΦΜ, address) are listed at the bottom of every page.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. At checkout you may see the price converted to your local currency; the conversion is provided by our payment processor, Stripe. Payments are processed securely by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

Orders

Each artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind piece. The sale is complete once payment succeeds; you receive a confirmation by email. If a piece is sold at the same moment to someone else, the first completed payment wins and any other payment is refunded in full.

Colours

Photos are taken in daylight and shown as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different on each screen.

Copyright

Buying an original gives you ownership of the physical artwork. Copyright and reproduction rights stay with the artist.

Law

These terms are governed by Greek law. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of your own country.
